This is an update on the West Coast Polyamory Gathering, which is happening July 19-21, 2013, at LUPIN LODGE, near Los Gatos, in Northern California, approximately one hour south of San Francisco.
PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF LOCATION. ORDINARILY THIS EVENT HAS HAPPENED AT HARBIN HOT SPRINGS, BUT THIS YEAR IT HAPPENS AT LUPIN LODGE INSTEAD.
If you are interested in polyamory, open relationships, polyfidelity, or other types of consensual non-monogamy, and interested in meeting other like-minded people, this is the place to be!
This event will focus on the exploration and deepening of skills such as clarification and expression of desires, jealousy management, expansion, and deepening of intimacy and multi-partner relating. It will also address other practical concerns related to polyamory, such as vital communication skills and negotiation tools.
Individual Rate = $ 250 per person
Couple rate = $180 per person (= $360 per couple)
Triad rate = $149 per person (= $447 per triad).
There is also a student discount rate of $55 per person (Subject to space-availability and gender balance considerations).
We anticipate that spots will sell out prior to the event, so I you want to attend, you’ll need to register and pay soon!
Price does include breakfast, but no other meals are covered. There is a restaurant at the site, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
THIS YEAR’S EVENT WILL BE A JOINT EFFORT BETWEEN SATURNIA REGNA AND THE WORLD POLYAMORY ASSOCIATION.
The presentations will be of a social, interactive, FUN, and experiential nature. (Not lectures, sermons, nor academic presentations).
The main conference officially starts at 12 Noon on Friday (JULY 19) and formally ends at 2 PM on SUNDAY EVENING, JULY 21.
There will also be a POLYAMOROUS POLITICAL SUMMIT happening on Sunday evening (July 21) and Monday, July 22 at the same site. The Political Summit is technically separate event from the main gathering, and requires a separate payment and registration. All interested participants are encouraged to participate in the political discussions.
We are still taking proposals for presentations. We could still use more people to present about Tantra (Our usual excellent Tantra presenters are not available this year). We could also use some more people to present about NRE, safe sex practices, effective communication techniques or anything else directly relevant to polyamory. However, be mindful this is a POLYAMORY GATHERING. All presentations MUST be directly relevant to polyamory, open relationships and consensual non-monogamy. Just because it “sex-positive,” or “very interesting is not going to cut it unless it is relevant to polyamory. (We are NOT interested in hearing from religious cults, spirits of “channeled beings,” divine revelations from on high, extra-terrestrials, prima donas, self-proclaimed gurus, or pushy people of any type).

Lupin Lodge is conveniently located about 3 miles west of Los Gatos, California, roughly a one hour drive south of San Francisco. Lupin is a clothing-optional facility.
